This notice explains how VST Marine ("we") handles information on vstmarine.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, yacht name or length, project type, areas of interest and your message. We also record the date and time of the message and your IP address, which we use only to protect the form against spam and abuse.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on the project you asked about. We do not use them for unrelated marketing and we do not sell them.

Who receives it

Your message is delivered by email to our team. Our web hosting and email service providers process the data on our behalf so that the site and email can work. We share information with a manufacturer or logistics partner only when it is needed to answer your request, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. The map in the contact section is loaded from Google only if you click "Show map"; from that moment Google's own privacy terms apply to the map.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project, and for the period required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to abraham@vstmarine.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
